About the Role:
As a Multi Skilled Operative working for Mears Group PLC from our Coatbridge branch you will provide support to our wider team on all refurbishments for void and tenanted properties in the North Lanarkshire area.
Predominately we are looking for someone who has experience with a variety of plastering works to include internal plaster work, skimming and skim coat plastering.
You will also at times be required to assist other plastering professionals putting up ceilings, coving works and tiling in kitchens and bathroom walls.
Role Criteria:
* Core trade in Plastering
* Experience in Plastering, Tiling and other trade backgrounds
* Experience in Building Maintenance
* UK Full driving license
* Customer Focused
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
It would be advantageous if the successful candidate has social housing experience.
All our roles require candidates to have the entitlement to work within the UK; Mears does not currently offer visa sponsorship.
To drive a Mears vehicle, you must be aged over 21, have held your licence for over 3 months, and have less than 9 points.
Candidates should be aware that all our roles are subject to relevant DBS/Security checks before commencement of employment.
