The ideal candidate will be a mid weight designer and have at least 3 years’ design experience. You will be passionate about ideas and creativity, be concept driven, willing to learn and willing to push boundaries. Key skills: A minimum of 3 years design experience Excellent knowledge and proficiency in Adobe Software, including InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator Knowledge of Adobe XD and an understanding of the principles of UX/UI design Ability to interpret briefs Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong layout skills Good time-keeping skills and ability to work to deadlines Ability to adhere to brand guidelines Good understanding of print design and processes A good problem solver - who can translate concepts into strong visuals After Effects and Premiere Pro - is an advantage but not essential A proactive and friendly attitude Responsibilities: Typical day-to-day activities could include: Working with the Social Media Manager to create engaging and creative designs across multiple platforms Creating multiple designs for Brand Projects and Client Briefs Creating Leaflet Designs Benefits : 25 days holiday plus bank holidays.
