Looking for your next big move in Revenue Growth Management? This is an opportunity to join a high-growth, market-leading FMCG brand, shaping commercial strategy across EMEA and Oceania. Reporting directly into the RGM Director, this role is focusing on the strategic development of Revenue Growth across the EMEA region.
In this high-impact role, you'll partner with senior leadership to drive pricing and promotional strategies, leveraging insights to optimise revenue and commercial performance. This is a perfect fit for someone who thrives on data-driven decision-making, cross-functional collaboration, and influencing key stakeholders across markets.
We are looking for someone from an Category, Sales or Trade background that has an understanding of RGM principles and wants to continue developing in this area. You'll have a lot of influence building and shaping the RGM function moving forward.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Developing pricing and promotional strategies to maximise growth.
Building a strong network across commercial teams and distribution partners.
Analysing data to drive insights-led revenue decisions.
Creating tracking models to monitor performance and ensure strategic alignment.
Supporting the development of best-in-class RGM capabilities across markets.
