Conveyancing Assistant – Solihull
My client, a national law firm with ambitious expansion plans, is seeking a Conveyancing Assistant to join its busy and close-knit team Solihull. This role is ideal for a Conveyancing Legal Secretary, Receptionist, or Legal Assistant looking to take the next step in their career.
The Role:
You will support a Conveyancer in all aspects of the conveyancing process, from initial instruction through to post-completion.

About you:

* Experience: At least 6 months working in a conveyancing department within a UK-based private practice firm
* Skills: Experience opening files and ideally handling post-completion tasks such as AP1 submissions and Land Registry applications
* Attributes: A detail-oriented, committed individual with a strong ambition to develop within conveyancing
