An exciting opportunity has become available for a dynamic, ambitious, business-minded professional to join our team at ABC. This role will involve generating leads within our market and is a fantastic opportunity to join a stable and rapidly growing financial service provider.
Main responsibilities:
1. Generating leads within our market to ensure a robust pipeline of opportunities.
2. Follow up new business opportunities and setting up meetings for the divisional director.
3. Undertake research into specific towns prior to setting up appointments.
4. Research and build relationships with new clients.
5. Provide backup including answering telephone calls, texts, and emails for the divisional director when brokers are seeking terms.
6. Ensure that data including tracking of calls, correspondence, and visits are accurately entered and managed within the company’s CRM system.
7. Attend and contribute to sales meetings.
8. Send broker packs out and follow up.
9. Track and record activity on accounts and help to close deals.
10. Submit weekly progress reports and ensure data is accurate.
What you'll need:
1. Dynamic, ambitious, business-minded professional, preferably with experience within the bridging finance sector.
2. Must have some experience in finance or property.
3. 2 years experience generating leads.
4. Capable of self-generating leads, and 'opening doors' with brokers.
5. Proven track record in achieving new business and selling services ideally to brokers.
6. Detailed knowledge of the bridging market is highly desirable.
7. Commercially aware with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
8. Negotiation skills.
9. Independent, organised and able to work on your own initiative, with a flexible approach to work.
10. Enthusiasm, drive and passion with a strong desire to ‘win’ new business.
11. Good computer skills.
12. Full driving licence.
