Responsibilities:
* Prepare payroll for internal employees with a high level of accuracy.
* Serve as the main point of contact for all HR-related queries and issues.
* Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with all HR policies and procedures.
* Assist with recruitment and onboarding processes.
* Keep up-to-date with the latest HR and payroll regulations and best practices.
* Collaborate with the Business Directors to implement and improve HR processes and systems.
Qualifications and Skills:
* CIPD qualified desirable or equivalent experience in HR.
* Proven experience in HR and payroll administration.
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy in payroll processes.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
* Proficient in MS Office Suite.
Please Note: Due to the collaborative nature of our Client's business, they do like their team to be office-based for their working hours. Our Client is open to flexibility for part-time or full-time options.
