Internal Communications Manager The Role - Internal Communications Manager The Internal Communications Manager will play a meaningful role in supporting the delivery of the global internal communications strategy that engages our employees, helps them share our story and build pride in being part of Flutter. They will be a top-class storyteller with a technical and digital mindset. The key focus of this role is to support the creation of internal communications plans and activities, develop engaging content and help to manage and enhance Flutter’s global internal communications channels. Key Responsibilities Manage, maintain, and develop internal corporate channels including maintaining accurate distribution lists e.g. Connect and microsites, Poppulo communications, online and live townhall events Own and drive content planning across our suite of internal corporate channels, leading weekly editorial meetings and supporting ‘air traffic control’ via the communications calendar so that audiences are not overwhelmed by multiple messages Establish, implement and uphold guidelines and best practices for each channel to protect the colleague experience and the integrity of our communications, and to ensure consistency and compliance, supporting internal stakeholders with training and resources as required so that they can self-serve where appropriate Curate, create and distribute content, using creativity to translate complex information into engaging, effective communication, including video and audio production, PowerPoint presentations and digital/visual communication tools and assets, ensuring compliance with brand guidelines Deliver on the measurement of each channel, creating a regular cycle of review and evaluation, proposing improvements, and working with the wider communications team to implement strategies to measure impact of campaigns and share insights with business stakeholders Manage relationships with third party suppliers as the need arises (e.g. Poppulo, Interact, creative agencies etc) Work closely with other parts of Flutter where appropriate to ensure consistency of message and compliance with various global policies Support business continuity/crisis situations with content creation and distribution as the need arises About you Proven experience of developing and delivering multi-channel internal communication and engagement strategies. Creative, with a technical and digital mindset and a proactive, self-starter with strong initiative Outstanding communicator with an ability to translate complex business materials into compelling content Passionate and creative storyteller, a strong writer and skilled at developing engaging and memorable content. Innovative, agile and solution focused with exceptional attention to detail. Strong ability to prioritise while managing multiple projects. A team player, who can build and maintain excellent relationships across all levels of the business.
