We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated HE Programme Leader in Animal Welfare Science to join our team at University Campus North Lincolnshire (UCNL) and University Campus Doncaster (UCDon). In this role, you will assume responsibility for programme management, teaching, and providing personal academic support to students on our FdSc Animal Welfare Science degree. You will play a key role in curriculum planning and development, ensuring the smooth running of the programmes and contributing to the overall student experience. What we're looking for: Degree in a relevant subject. Minimum Level 2 Literacy & Numeracy. Experience of or ability to demonstrate understanding of teaching and supporting undergraduate students. Sound relevant subject knowledge located in either/both theory and practice. Ability to work to tight deadlines and performance targets. Excellent organisational, analytical, and communication skills. Prepared to work flexibly, including evening work Full person specification available on the attached job description. What you'll be doing: Coordinate the HE Programme Team in the operational delivery of teaching, learning, and assessment. Collaborate with wider College colleagues to lead on the overall management of the student experience. Lead on the management and production of performance indicators including retention, achievement, and progression. Organise and plan a range of student engagement activities to enhance the student experience and educational gains. Ensure compliance with all external regulatory (Office for Students) and internal quality and compliance requirements of HE programmes. Liaise with Curriculum Lead to ensure effective timetabling and delivery of programmes. Engage with recruitment activity as required for associated programmes. Participate in staff development activities and submit timely CPD records.
