An exciting opportunity has arisen for a forward-thinking Structural Revit Technician to work for a small and dynamic consulting structural engineering studio based in SE1.
You must have several years of experience using Revit on live building structure projects to be considered for this role. The workload is very busy, and you will be juggling multiple projects at once.
Projects include refurbishments and new builds of residential schemes, commercial buildings, sculptures, and art installations. Work is often architecturally challenging and unique in nature.
You should understand how buildings go together and be keen to work for a small firm as a key team player. You need to be able to work unsupervised and be happy working with a close-knit team supporting the engineers.
Excellent communication skills are essential, as is experience of working on projects under £1m.
You will be an important part of the business! Hybrid working is in practice, but you are expected to be at the office 3 days per week, so you must live within reasonable commuting distance.
Aldwych Consulting values diversity and promotes equality. We encourage and welcome applications from all sections of society and are happy to discuss reasonable adjustments and/or additional arrangements as required to support your application.
Candidates must be eligible to live and work in the UK.
