We are looking for reliable and hardworking individuals to join our team as Shop Assistants & Online Order Handlers in Portlethen. Both full-time and part-time positions are available.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assisting customers with inquiries and providing excellent customer service.
• Packing and arranging grocery items on shelves to maintain a tidy and organized store.
• Handling online orders, including picking, packing, and preparing items for delivery or collection.
• Checking stock levels, rotating products, and ensuring shelves are fully stocked.
• Manning the till, processing transactions, and handling cash/card payments.
• Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene throughout the store.
• Assisting with unpacking deliveries and organizing stock in storage areas.
Requirements:
• Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Willingness to learn and take on various tasks as needed.
