Chef de Partie – Luxury Hotel – £30k per annum – Lyme Regis
Paramount Personnel is recruiting for a Hotel restaurant in the Lyme Regis area. The successful Chef de Partie will join a high-flying and focused team of chefs and will be looking to develop and perfect your culinary skills.

The Chef de Partie responsibilities will include:
5. Preparing, cooking, and presenting dishes within your specialty
6. Managing and training any Demis or Commis working with you
7. Helping the Sous Chef and Head Chef to develop new dishes and menus
8. Ensuring you and your team have high standards of food hygiene and follow the rules of health and safety
9. Monitoring portion and waste control to maintain profit margins
The restaurant serves high-quality Modern British food using very local produce. They are now seeking a talented and enthusiastic personable professional for an immediate start. You must have a proven background in a professional kitchen and will be looking to step into the management of your very own section.
