We are currently seeking a Staging Co-ordinator to join our team based near Heathrow.
The Staging Co-ordinator (SC) role is integral to the delivery of Heathrow Development Programme. This role is responsible for managing all the staging (laydown) areas across the Heathrow campus used by the £4 billion capital construction programme.

The Role:
Exciting and Rewarding, a typical day in the life as a Staging Co-ordinator
6. Act as the main point of contact for staging (laydown)space requests. Ensure relevant stakeholders are engaged, suitable space is found, necessary permits are obtained, and site safety requirements are adhered to.
7. Actively maintain the campus mapping of all staging areas, alongside all relevant site set-up documentation compiled.
8. Carry out site safety inspections of areas and maintain an audit trail of complete inspections and action follow-ups.
9. Communicate effectively with relevant Heathrow stakeholders face to face and via teams, be able to relate well to people at all levels, build wide and effective networks of contacts.
10. Ensure site specific limitations are identified and ahead to be the eyes and ears on the ground across the sites
11. Manage repurposing of leftover material process, ensure the Inventory Catalogue is kept in date and promote reuse of project residue stock amongst HAL Contractors and Operations teams.
12. Effective planning, record keeping and establishing priorities. This will require outstanding administration ability of a naturally well organised individual, who can keep and maintain records.
13. Work in accordance with Wilson James as well and Client policies, site procedures and training provided.
What are we looking for?
14. Experience of integration and partnership working within the construction logistics sector, developing, nurturing, and managing stakeholder relationships to develop new and innovative opportunities.
15. Suitable technical/professional qualifications such as CLOCS Practitioner, IOSH, NVQ L6 in Site Management, SMSTS or equivalent.
16. Driving Licence cat B
17. A background of Heathrow Operations would be beneficial but is not essential
18. Project Management experience – a qualification in PRINCE2 or APM is desirable.
