Purpose & Role function Support, guide and direct young players and adults to maximise their potential in sporting performance & personal excellence as they transition from the Girls Pathway to 1 st Team. Oversee & deliver relevant, innovative & enjoyable coaching practices. Uphold & demonstrate the values, standards & behaviours expected by ECFC both inside & outside the Club. Prepare for and coach a training session each week with the Women’s Development Team. Prepare for and support the Development Team Manager with Match days, both home and away. Liaise with Women’s Technical Director regarding Player Progression. Progress talented players through the Pathway. Attend Continued Professional Development events. Safeguarding Attend seasonal safeguarding training as required by the Club. Adhere to all guidelines contained within the Club's Safeguarding Policy. Utilise the ‘MyConcern’ system to ‘recognise, respond, report and record’ any safeguarding incidents in a timely and detailed manner. Place player safety and welfare as a top priority at all times. Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) Regulatory Standards Fulfil all ECFC Safeguarding Rules, reporting any issues immediately. Ensure delivery of a minimum of 2 hours ‘on the grass coaching’ per week. Deliver to and demonstrate a high level of the COACH values. Personal Development Ensure upkeep of FA Level 2/UEFA C qualifications and commit to continual learning and development of age-appropriate knowledge & skills. Player Development & Progression Ensure all players have agreed IDP’s in place, with a minimum of 3 review meetings held and recorded annually for each player. Player Productivity Aim for 2 players to be ready for 1 st team opportunities by the end of each season.
