Account Manager | Permanent l Fulltime l Hybrid l | Job Description To deliver a world-class customer experience for Hubexo customers by proactively driving adoption, engagement, and retention across the subscription lifecycle. Acting as a trusted advisor, this role ensures that customers fully embed and gain value from Hubexo platforms and services — leading to increased satisfaction, upsell opportunities, and long-term loyalty. This is a consultative account management role, focused on value delivery and relationship building across a portfolio of existing customers. The role is primarily office-based with remote interactions but may evolve to include field meetings as needed. Key Responsibilities Deliver an exceptional customer experience, ensuring full adoption and usage of Hubexo platforms Act as a knowledgeable, trusted point of contact for customers throughout their subscription Develop tailored account management plans to nurture engagement and retention Generate qualified leads for the sales team through insight-driven conversations Support customer onboarding and deliver product demos via video or web conference Maintain strong relationships with key customer contacts and decision-makers Monitor customer satisfaction, product usage, and adoption trends to identify risks and opportunities Identify at-risk accounts and implement proactive retention strategies Promote the full Hubexo product portfolio to drive deeper platform adoption Manage appointments, outbound communications, and regular account touchpoints Keep Salesforce CRM up to date with all customer contact and activity Stay current with platform updates, product changes, and industry trends Collaborate with colleagues across Sales, Product, Marketing, Finance, and Content teams Contribute to process improvements and share customer insights internally Represent the brand professionally at all times and act as a Hubexo ambassador Qualifications & Experience Proven experience building and maintaining customer relationships Demonstrated success in increasing platform usage and delivering ROI to customers Background in construction industry D Experience in a SaaS business or working with subscription-based models D Skills & Attributes Hard Skills Strong understanding of SaaS platforms and customer success principles Skilled in identifying upsell opportunities and generating qualified leads Experience using CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and Microsoft Office Confident presenting to individuals and groups in an online environment Soft Skills Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills Highly organised, self-motivated, and results-driven
