As an M&A Professional, you will lead M&A-related services across HR Services, with accountability for both UK-based teams and our offshore support model in India.
You will play a critical role in mitigating risks by ensuring adherence to policies, procedures, and process controls within your workstreams.
What you’ll be doing
•Support and deliver M&A transfers, including acquisitions and divestitures.
•Collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure successful and timely project delivery.
•Focus on employee experience, benefits, and risk impacts, while keeping M&A Specialists appropriately informed.
•Lead project teams comprising short-term resources, based on project requirements.
•Take responsibility for delivering annual TUPE reviews for existing colleagues.
•Resolve Tier 2 escalations with accountability and efficiency.
•Arrange and support planned, accredited TUPE training sessions.
•Foster a culture of continuous improvement and colleague experience excellence across all service integrations, prioritising digital self-service and implementing lean, efficient processes wherever possible.
•Identify and monitor service metrics and measures to drive continuous improvement in service delivery.
•Achieve HR Services objectives and strategy by minimising risk and ensuring full compliance with regulatory and legislative requirements.
The skills you'll need to succeed
•Proven experience in successfully delivering projects on time and achieving targeted outcomes.
•Strong knowledge of HR policies and procedures, with the ability to guide colleagues and highlight instances where proposed investment decisions deviate from HR recommendations, ensuring decisions are made with appropriate risk considerations.
•Extensive experience managing multiple key stakeholders simultaneously to drive successful project delivery.
•Exceptional analytical skills, enabling effective problem-solving and data-driven decision-making.
•Consistently deliver high-quality outcomes within tight deadlines.
•Outstanding attention to detail, coupled with a strong commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
