Adecco are currently recruiting for an Internal Sales Executive to join an organisation based in Wellingborough where you will be supporting an external sales representative covering the North of the UK. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a relaxed yet dynamic business environment, where every contribution matters.
You will be working collaboratively within a very experienced sales team, and must be motivated to assist the external sales reps in ensuring as a team the relationships between client and the business are maintained to maximise sales.

Location: Wellingborough NN8
Hours: 9am - 5:30pm
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Care: Nurture and maintain relationships with existing customers, ensuring their needs are met and surpassed.
- Sales Drive: Take the lead in driving sales opportunities, identifying prospects and converting leads into loyal customers.
- Order Processing: Efficiently process orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery to customers.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with our External Sales Person to maximise sales efforts and achieve collective goals.
- Reporting: Provide regular updates and reports to the Sales Manager, keeping them informed of progress and challenges.
