Job summary A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join the Buckinghamshire Adult Mental Health Crisis Resolution and Home Treatment Team at very inspiring time. The Buckinghamshire Crisis teams are currently seeking accreditation with the Home Treatment Accreditation Scheme. All roles within the Crisis Team are vital to implementing specialist mental health crisis resolution and home treatment interventions within Buckinghamshire, ensuring service users are supported through their crisis and referred on or signposted to the most appropriate service as required. The team provides comprehensive crisis resolution and home treatment interventions, professional advice, guidance and signposting as needed. Operating 7am - 9pm, 7 days a week from The Whiteleaf Centre in Aylesbury, and delivering much of the interventions at the patient's home. You'll work as part of the Adult Mental Health Crisis team across the partnership and have specific responsibilities as Performance & Admin Manager. Main duties of the job To support the Crisis Team Manager in achieving Trust targets on data quality by reviewing reports and monitoring the timely entry and quality of data input. Responsible for the production, analysis and presentation of a range of routine and ad hoc performance and business reports for the team. Ensuring that information provided reflects divisional service practice and is timely, relevant and accurate. To develop relationships across the divisional services to ensure the performance information feeds into the directorate performance Framework. To act as a central point and expert for queries and information on all matters relating to performance in team. This requires involvement and participation in internal and external meetings, and workshops. Present information, with support from the Crisis Team manager to a variety of audiences, drawing conclusions and implications of results analysis data and supporting team managers with the courses of action. As a line manager for junior members of the admin team you will support the management of human resources meeting the Trust targets for recruitment, retention, sickness levels, agency usage, supervision and appraisals.
