Key Responsibilities As a Higher Level Teaching Assistant, your duties will include: Delivering planned lessons to classes in the teacher's absence. Supporting teachers in lesson preparation and classroom management. Assisting with the development of individual education plans (IEPs). Providing targeted support to groups or individual pupils to help them reach their potential. Maintaining a safe and engaging learning environment. Requirements The ideal candidate will have: HLTA qualification or equivalent. Proven experience working within a school setting. Confidence in delivering lessons to whole classes. Strong communication and organizational skills. A proactive and flexible approach to working. A valid DBS check (or willingness to obtain one). What We Offer A competitive daily rate of £100 - £110.
