You will handle high volumes of customer calls, assist with inquiries, and update internal systems accurately. Key Responsibilities : Provide excellent customer service by addressing and resolving customer queries via phone, email, or chat. Manage high volumes of customer calls in a professional and timely manner. Accurately input and update customer and order information into the system. Resolve issues and provide solutions to customers, ensuring satisfaction and a positive experience. Maintain a high level of product knowledge to assist customers effectively. Collaborate with team members to achieve customer service goals.st Ensure all interactions are logged accurately within the company’s CRM system. Skills & Experience : Strong customer service skills with experience handling high call volumes. Excellent data entry skills with attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to multi-task and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Good communication skills (both written and verbal).
