An exciting opportunity has arisen to work within our busy Delivery Suite within Poole Maternity on a permanent contract. The successful applicants will join a well-established team who administer the delivery suite.
Applicants should have excellent administrative/clerical experience and good computer skills. You need to be organised and able to cope with the day-to-day work that is undertaken by the team. There is a requirement for accuracy, attention to detail, and the ability to work in an efficient and timely manner at all times. It is a very busy environment with a constant flow of traffic from all areas within the unit.
There are 5 positions available as follows:
1. 2 x 30 hours
2. 3 x 22.5 hours
There is shift work involved over a 4-week rota. The shift patterns are:
1. Early - 6am until 2pm
2. Late - 2pm until 10pm
3. Night - 10pm - 6am
There will be two weekends to work over the 4-week rolling rota.

Person Specification
Qualifications
* GCSE English & Maths (minimum grade C/4) or equivalent
Experience
* Minimum of two years experience in a similar role or administrative experience and/or qualification
* Good team worker, flexible, and adaptable to change
* Experience of dealing with members of the public
* The ability to use own initiative when appropriate
Knowledge
* Maintain confidentiality
Personal Attributes
* Ability to work in a busy and demanding environment
