We are looking for a Service Designer to play a key role in our organisation-wide transformation programme.
You will be responsible for designing new internal processes and ways of working that align with our strategic goals and maximise our impact across the adult social care sector. Bringing strong problem-solving skills, confident facilitation, and a structured yet flexible approach, you'll help shape how Skills for Care operates. You'll work across teams to understand current practices, identify opportunities for improvement, and design practical and sustainable solutions.
You’ll engage colleagues at all levels, bringing together insights to create integrated ways of working that are effective. You’ll also ensure that new approaches are clearly documented, well-communicated, and embedded into daily operations. Drawing on your expertise in service design, user-centred thinking, and process mapping, you’ll advocate for user needs and design solutions that deliver real value for both internal and external users.
You’ll proactively build relationships, lead workshops, and drive decisions that lead to meaningful change. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced service designer who thrives on solving complex problems, improving systems, and supporting effective, lasting transformation.
