Role
As Head of Business Operations, you will play a pivotal role in leading and optimising operational processes across multiple functions. This role is ideal for someone with strong leadership and operational strategy experience—particularly within education, learning, or similarly regulated environments.
Key responsibilities include:
* Lead & Optimise: Oversee business functions, ensuring smooth delivery of learning programs, improving operational processes, and driving efficiency.
* Strategic Oversight: Implement strategies to scale operations, manage financial processes, and drive business development.
* Collaboration: Work with senior leadership across finance, HR, and commercial teams to align operations with broader business goals.
* Operational Delivery: Manage course delivery logistics, budgeting, and business administration, ensuring seamless execution.
What We’re Looking For
* Operational Leadership: Proven track record in leading large-scale operations, ideally within education or learning environments.
* Efficiency Expertise: Experience improving operational processes, particularly around course delivery and logistics.
* Financial Acumen: Strong budgeting, financial planning, and process optimisation skills.
* Change Management: Ability to implement new processes and lead through organisational change.
* Stakeholder Management: Experience working within structured organisations and navigating complex governance structures (e.g., public bodies, universities).
