As a key member of the Group head office team, the successful candidate will work strategically to develop and promote best practice in areas such as employee engagement, equity, diversity, and inclusion (EDI) and health, wellbeing, and benefits.
* Develop and implement EDI initiatives, including employee networks and events.
* Maintain the Group People Framework, providing a consistent experience for all employees.
* Manage the annual employee survey, analyse results, and create action plans for improvement.
* Assess and enhance the benefits offering and wellbeing approach to promote employee health.
* Use analytics to drive change and report externally.
* Embed company values and culture in all work.
* Integrate EDI and health, wellbeing, and benefits into recruitment practices.
* Communicate company policy and employment law basics.
* Develop HR systems to meet business needs.
* Create guidelines for onboarding and implement a Group-level induction.
The ideal candidate will possess a CIPD qualification or equivalent, be able to develop new ideas, and drive change. Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills are essential.
