As the Senior Communications Manager for Worley Consulting, you will play a key role in achieving our ambition, shaping and leading innovative communications that inspire and engage audiences. You’ll be an influential partner to senior leadership, building the profile, reputation and relationships necessary to position Worley Consulting in the markets where we operate, while enhancing Worley’s reputation as an employer of choice.
This is a key role within Worley’s Corporate Affairs global function.
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
* Be the Trusted Communications Advisor: Work closely with the President of Worley Consulting, and other senior leaders, to influence and promote key business decisions and shape the company’s voice.
* Elevate Our Brand and Build Reputation: Champion the unique voice of Worley Consulting, ensuring we stand out in a competitive market and advance Worley’s purpose of delivering a more sustainable world.
* Lead Strategic Communication Initiatives: Develop and execute communications strategies that support business objectives, ensuring alignment, clarity, and consistency in messaging across all channels.
* Shape Leadership Visibility: Elevate leadership communications, from internal updates to external messaging, ensuring executives have market presence and impact, and team members are engaged.
* Engage and Inspire our People: Build and implement communications that drive engagement, strengthen culture, and align with business priorities.
* Collaborate: Work collaboratively with your colleagues in corporate affairs (including government relations), marketing, communications teams and business leaders to leverage internal and external opportunities and strengthen relationships across business units and regions.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED:
* Bachelor’s degree in communications, or related field
* Proven experience in senior-level communications roles within large, global organisations
* Expertise in platforms like Staffbase, SharePoint, Viva Engage, etc. is a plus
* A track record of influencing senior leadership and driving business communications strategies with measurable impact
