We are currently recruiting for an experienced Technical Manager. You will have experience of leading complex food categories within retail, FMCG or a manufacturing environment and have the ability to influence both internal and external stakeholders by demonstrating your professional knowledge and area of expertise. You will have a passion for this industry and subject matter expertise.

10. Experience of leading complex food categories within retail, FMCG or Manufacturing environment. A natural problem solver and credible leader
11. Influence both internal and external stakeholders by demonstrating your professional knowledge and area of expertise
12. Degree or equivalent in relevant product or scientific area
13. A solid background gained within a similar technical role, supplemented with extensive industry experience in category
14. Understanding of technical and manufacturing experience
15. Commercial and customer awareness
16. Ability to prioritise and flex to business needs
17. Proven track record of results delivery & decision making
18. The ability to “make a difference” with a commercial instinct
19. Build strong sustainable and mutually beneficial relationships with key suppliers
20. Be able to demonstrate an ability to engage across multiple channels and work effectively and collaboratively across multiple teams
21. Deliver at pace in a complex, fast-moving and ever-changing environment
22. Lead by example and do the right thing whilst being open, honest, and accessible
