Tasks
ABOUTTHE ROLE
This role will play acrucial role in supporting the Comms8 team based in London.Reporting directly to the Managing Director and the local managersyou will be tasked with providing efficient and professionalsupport in campaign management new business development and contentcreation management across regions.
This presentsan exciting prospect offering exposure to various operationalactivities within Comms8. There are extensive opportunities forprofessional development and the chance to make a significantimpact withinComms8.
RESPONSIBILITIES
1)Design & contentcreation
* Assist inbrainstorming creating and managing engaging content for variousdigital platforms including social media websites and emailcampaigns.
* Design and create eyecatchingvisuals including logos banners infographics and other marketingmaterials.
* Develop basic animations and motiongraphics to enhance visual storytelling across digital channels.
* Edit and produce shortform videos for socialmedia YouTube and internal presentations ensuring they are polishedandonbrand.
2)Client Servicing andSupport
* Support ourclient services team in providing outstanding customer serviceincluding responding to client queries preparing reports andpresentations and participating in clientmeetings.
* You will be one of the points ofcontact for our clients and business partners so excellentcommunication skills areessential.
3)AdministrativeSupport
* Provideadministrative support to the team including meeting schedulingpreparing reports and tracking projectdeadlines.
* Assist with general officeadministration including organizing and maintaining documentationhandling communication and providing operational support asneeded.
4) DatabaseManagement
* Assist inthe maintenance and optimization of our databases. This includesdata entry data cleansing generating database reports andimplementing improvements to our data managementsystems.
Requirements
WHATWE ARE LOOKINGFOR
* Excellentpresentation and communication skills.
* Stronginterest in Asian/Chinese culture and media landscape; knowledge ofthe Chinese language is a plus.
* Proficiency ingraphic design and video editing software (e.g. Adobe CreativeSuite: Photoshop Illustrator Premiere Pro). Knowledge of animationtools and techniques is a plus.
* Familiaritywith the city and a keen eye for the latesttrends.
* Display a can do attitude proactive inseeking solutions is a must.
* Knowledge ofmanaging Chinese social media platforms would be anadvantage.
* Eager to learn and demonstrate ahigh level of curiosity.
* Willingness to embracea flexible and dynamicenvironment.
