Klarent Hospitality are recruiting for a Door Person:
You will join our Concierge team, working directly in the hotel lobby. Your role will include the following:
* You will provide a driver/chauffeur service to guests when required.
* You enjoy having and showcasing a perfect knowledge of the local area. You will give the warmest welcome to our guests and will help them with recommendations, directions and reservations on transport, attractions and restaurants.
* Are you a friendly and passionate hotelier, with a knack for making instant connections, recommendations and building lasting relationships? Then this is the job for you!
* Deliver Concierge Services operations to high standards
* Ensure the door is covered as part of daily rotation or for cover in the event the nominated door cover needs to step away
* Complete daily admin duties and tasks.
* Ensure tasks are carried out in accordance with hotel policy, such as Valet Parking, Luggage Delivery and Collection et al.
* Welcome guests on arrival, deal with during stay queries and handle departure – all to standard.
* Ensure enquiries are dealt with timely and correctly including following up with third party stakeholders and guests.
* Any other guest or hotel duty the line Manager or Duty Manager deems appropriate.
* Please note a full UK driving license is required for this role as is the ability to drive both manual and automatic cars.
