About the Role As a member of our team, you’ll be tasked with taking the lead on Managed Services, the service transition process with weekly governance calls, project status updates and client meetings face to face or online when a contracts scope changes or a new client is onboarded. As part of the technology Solution, you will provide project management services for a variety of small to medium sizes projects, from kick-off to post-project review. You’ll also have the opportunity to work with the project and programme management team on best practices.
