Position Description
Position Summary
This position is responsible for assisting students with attendance at the end of chapel services, including QR code generation, instructing students on use of the iAttended app, and answering questions on chapel attendance policy.

Special Working Conditions
Traveling to different parts of campus in all kinds of weather. Must be available to work through chapel and 15 minutes immediately before and after.
Primary Duties
1. Maintain punctual, consistent, and reliable attendance.
2. Be present and attentive during chapel service.
3. Responsible for security and appropriate use of departmental iPad to create QR attendance codes through iAttended during service until student body has left the chapel venue.
4. Return of iPad to chapel lead attendant or Campus Ministries staff for transport back to storage.
5. Responsible for using good judgment in violations of chapel policy.
6. Keep accurate record of hours and promptly submit timesheets.
7. Be in regular communication with chapel lead attendant and supervisor regarding equipment malfunction, illness, substitutions, or requests for days off.
Secondary Duties
1. Attend one-hour training at beginning of each semester.
2. Other duties as assigned, e.g., distributing index cards/pens/bulletins at the start of chapel.
