This role ensures the accurate and timely invoicing of customers, manages billing queries, and collaborates with various teams to improve billing systems and processes. The role requires a strong understanding of both AWS and CSP billing mechanisms, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to drive process improvements. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Billing Management: Oversee and manage the end-to-end billing process for AWS and CSP services. Ensure accurate and timely generation and distribution of invoices. Manage and resolve billing queries and discrepancies in a timely manner. Conduct regular billing audits to ensure data integrity and accuracy. Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of billing specialists, providing guidance and support. Conduct performance reviews and develop personal development plans for team members. Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the billing team. Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance billing accuracy and efficiency. Collaborate with the IT and Finance teams to automate and streamline billing processes. Develop and maintain up-to-date process documentation. Customer Interaction: Work closely with customers to resolve billing issues and provide excellent customer service. Collaborate with the Sales and Customer Service teams to address customer concerns and improve satisfaction. Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and present billing reports to senior management. Analyze billing data to identify trends and areas for improvement. Provide insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making. Compliance and Documentation: Ensure billing processes comply with relevant regulations and company policies. Maintain accurate and detailed billing records and documentation. QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, & SKILLS: Educational Qualifications: Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related field Professional Qualifications Experience with Microsoft Partner Centre and AWS billing systems. Knowledge of advanced billing reconciliation and audit techniques. Familiarity with compliance and regulatory requirements in billing. Years of Experience Minimum of 5 years of experience in a billing or finance role, with at least 2 years in a managerial position. Other Requirements Strong knowledge of AWS and CSP billing processes and systems. Excellent leadership and team management skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in billing software and financial management systems. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
