This is a great job for someone who is passionate about personal finance (savings, investments, pensions, etc.), end-to-end product development, comfortable working in ambiguity, and ready to lead cross-functional change. You may have a background in savings or investment propositions, or experience delivering change programmes—either way, you're someone who can take a concept and turn it into a customer-centric solution. A bit about the job: You’ll join the fast-growing Direct Wealth team, which currently offers cash savings, ISAs, investment accounts and SIPPs. As a Proposition Manager, you’ll own the delivery of new and enhanced propositions across our full product suite and oversee the roadmap for future features. You’ll work closely with digital change teams and senior stakeholders to shape customer journeys and ensure regulatory alignment. Your work will help strengthen our market position and drive tangible customer and commercial outcomes. Skills and experience we’re looking for: Strong stakeholder and leadership skills, with experience influencing across multiple teams. Track record of delivering change from concept to launch—ideally in financial services or a digital environment. Passion for customer-first thinking and simplifying complex journeys. Excellent organisational skills with a proactive, problem-solving mindset. Commercial acumen with an eye for growing market share and building competitive propositions.
