Main duties of the job Key Responsibilities: Patient-Centric Care: Engage directly with patients and their carers, offering vital support and information while ensuring a high standard of care. Collaborative Excellence: Work alongside clinical oncologists, physicists, radiographers, and clerical staff, contributing your expertise to drive innovation and efficiency. Operational Leadership: In the Band 7's absence, manage the treatment unit independently, consulting with the Clinical Operations Manager as needed to maintain a safe, effective operation.
