The Business Architect will play a critical role in the successful harmonization of the M2O and O2C processes. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of business architecture principles and be capable of designing and implementing strategies to streamline these key processes. They will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify areas of improvement, develop solutions, and ensure alignment with overall business objectives.
Key accountabilities
1. Lead the assessment, design, and implementation of harmonized M2O and O2C processes.
2. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and objectives.
3. Develop and maintain business architecture frameworks, models, and roadmaps.
4. Identify process gaps and inefficiencies, and propose effective solutions.
5. Ensure that solutions are aligned with the organization’s strategic goals.
6. Work with IT teams to ensure proper integration of business and technology solutions.
7. Conduct regular reviews and updates of the business architecture to ensure continuous improvement.
8. Provide training and support to team members on new processes and frameworks.
9. Manage and report on project progress, risks, and outcomes.
