Key Responsibilities:
Assist in delivering projects from start to finish.
Manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously with support of the team.
Show curiosity about the latest creative/design innovations.
Be flexible and ready to apply your thinking to any brief.
Maintain high standards for delivering the best possible work.
Understand the project process within a creative agency, from client brief to post-project evaluation
Ideas and Craft:
Contribute to great conceptual ideas, with a portfolio showcasing your creativity and expertise.
Work across a variety of clients with diverse advertising needs, from traditional to cutting-edge.
Help execute campaigns across all media channels, including print, TV, social, mobile, activation, experiential, and broadcast.
Team Behaviors:
Engage with and contribute to a productive working team environment within the Creative Department and with colleagues from Account Management, Production, Planning, etc.
Communicate effectively with peers, clients, and management.
Remain tenacious and resilient throughout the process.
Take ownership of your ideas, spend time developing them to a deeper level with support of CDs and ECDs

Understand the client’s business and communication needs.

Stay up-to-date with available talent for commissioning among photographers, illustrators, and film directors.
