Regional Sales Manager - South
Garolla Garage Doors is a leading name in the garage door industry, known for its innovative designs and high-quality products. As the company expands its presence in the market, it is seeking a dynamic, sales-focused, and results-oriented Regional Sales Manager to drive, train, and develop its sales network. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual with a proven track record in sales training and embedding change to join the team and contribute to the further success of the Garolla brand.
The Regional Sales Manager will be hands-on, actively involved in selling, and responsible for recruiting, coaching, and building a strong team of new Sales Surveyors. This role will play a critical part in driving sales growth and developing a high-performing sales team.
The Role:
Responsibilities:
* Work with the Sales Network to increase conversion and average selling price through the introduction of KPIs & SLAs.
* Collaborate with the National Training Manger to identify key areas for improvement, training packages that will help the sales network to exceed KPIs while striving for year upon year growth.
* Boots on the ground filed sales coaching, Own your teams number.
* Monitor and analyse performance, providing guidance to meet the Business Plan and goals.
* Hold team meetings to ensure sales, quality, processes, business news is communicated and embedded into the sales Network.
* Play an integral part to the Sales Surveyor onboarding process.
* Provide ongoing in the filed support to your sales team.
* Coordinate regular focused sales packages.
* Ensure adherence to Garolla brand standards and operational guidelines.
* Working closely with the BDM, Operations Manager and internal members of the Garolla Team to build and maintain strong relationships with current Franchisee Partners and installation teams.
* Serve as the infield point of contact for your sales team (growing to around 8 team members)
* Work with underperforming sales team to improve or exit the organisation.
* Create new ways to sell and motivate the team through incentives and sales techniques
The Person:
* Experience in running a successful direct field sales team.
* Excellent organisation communication and interpersonal skills.
* A commercial and business-minded coach who can motivate others to achieve targets and goals.
* Ability to embed culture change.
* This role will involve travelling and nights in hotels.
