New Agent Administrator
We have an exciting opportunity for a hard-working and personable person to join the team as our New Agent Administrator.

Key Responsibilities:
Identify & profile prospective agents across the UK letting agent base that do not currently have an existing relationship within the group.
Identify and reallocate leads that are of large agent size to the Sales Director.
Proactively maintain and increase the customer base within HomeLet through acquiring new agents and ensuring all new agents transact referencing volumes.
Deal with and administer all new agent leads into the business by following the lead allocation process.
Assist in the prospecting activity to approach and win agents identified within allocated agent categories.
Proactively develop leads ere necessary coming into the business through the Sales cycle reporting on progress with all leads received into the business.
Present the Barbon portfolio of products to new agents where applicable.
Deliver a robust contact and sales strategy across ongoing new agent pipeline and non-transacting agents.
Schedule appropriate sales training for all new agents and ensure implementation is effective.
Delivers exceptional customer service as first point of contact to all new agent leads that are received.
Actively and seamlessly manage with the agent handover process ensuring all agent details and opportunities are effectively transferred to the Customer Development team.
Take ownership of Complaints and grumbles from new agents – investigating and resolving queries and issues raised.
Ensure the team provide accurate and effective records of customer interaction demonstrating a clear and update the CRM system with a consistent approach whilst supporting a robust audit trail.
Escalate key risks and issues to the line manager.
Work closely with all roles within the Sales team and conduct ad-hoc sales activity where agreed by your line Manager.
To demonstrate detailed knowledge of current market conditions and competitors in the lettings industry to support business strategies.
Update Competitor Information regularly and share with sales colleagues.
Take full ownership of individual performance and personal development – Achieve all KPI’s and sales targets as set for the role.
Qualifications:
GCSE in English Language and Maths (or equivalent)
Experience / Knowledge:
Proven Sales experience (Minimum 2 years)
Experience of working to targets
Experience using all office systems (Outlook/PowerPoint/Excel/Word)
Evidence of experience working with internal and external stakeholders to achieve required outcomes.
