Position Overview: Our client are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join their team as an Administrative & Customer Service Support. This role is ideal for someone with strong communication skills and a knack for multitasking. You will be the first point of contact for customers, as well as providing essential administrative support to ensure smooth office operations.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Customer Interaction: Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues via phone and email, ensuring a positive customer experience.
2. Administrative Support: Perform clerical duties including data entry, filing, and managing correspondence.
3. Data Management: Maintain and update customer records and databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
4. Reporting & Support: Assist with basic bookkeeping, preparing reports, and creating presentations as needed.
5. Office Coordination: Manage office supplies, ordering stock when necessary, and maintaining an organized workspace.
6. Cross-Department Communication: Serve as a liaison between customers and internal departments to facilitate smooth communication and service delivery.
Qualifications:
1. Education: GCSE or equivalent qualifications.
2. Experience: Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role is preferred.
3. Skills:
1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel.
2. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
4. Attributes:
1. High attention to detail.
2. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
Working Hours & Benefits:
1. Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (1-hour lunch break).
2. Holidays: 28 days annual leave, including bank holidays.
