We are looking for a passionate and experienced Remote Recruiter to help us identify, attract, and onboard top talent for our team. As a remote-first company, you will play a key role in helping us grow and build a diverse, high-performing workforce across different time zones.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing and screening candidates to interviewing and offering positions.
* Work closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and job specifications.
* Create job postings for various positions and advertise them on multiple platforms (LinkedIn, job boards, etc.).
* Source and actively recruit candidates through social media, networking, and other recruiting tools.
* Conduct initial interviews and assess candidates' qualifications and cultural fit.
* Organize and schedule interviews with relevant teams and ensure a smooth hiring process.
* Provide a positive candidate experience through timely communication and feedback.
* Develop and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
* Track recruitment metrics, report on hiring progress, and ensure hiring goals are met.
* Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continually improve recruiting processes.
Requirements:
* Proven experience as a recruiter, ideally in a remote or distributed work environment.
* Strong understanding of recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage candidates and stakeholders effectively.
* Ability to manage multiple job requisitions simultaneously and work under tight deadlines.
* Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR software (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, or similar).
* Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
* A self-starter with a proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.
* Experience recruiting for a variety of positions (e.g., technical, non-technical, leadership) is a plus.
* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience working with global teams and recruiting across multiple time zones.
* Knowledge of modern recruiting tools, such as LinkedIn Recruiter, SeekOut, or similar platforms.
* Experience in employer branding and creating engaging job descriptions.
