Key Account/Customer Service Executive
Location: Slough
Salary: Up to £38,000 per annum + Travel Expenses + 33 Days Holidays + Benefits
Are you an experienced professional within customer service/account management looking to take your next step in your career within a multibillion turnover company?
This organisation is a large multi-national business within the aircraft sector. Due to continued growth, they are looking for a Key Account/Customer Service Executive to join the team. You will manage and develop assigned customer accounts, ensuring that all customer enquiries and requests are addressed promptly and efficiently. This role acts as the primary point of contact for customers.
The Role:
1. Manage and develop assigned customer accounts.
2. Provide prompt resolution to complaints or general enquiries.
3. Track the progress of ongoing maintenance and repairs, keeping customers informed.
4. Provide pricing and quotations.
5. Prepare and maintain accurate reports.
6. Work closely alongside other departments such as sales and customer service.
7. Occasional travel to customer sites may be required.
The Person:
1. Excellent communication and organisational skills.
2. Able to work independently but also within multi-disciplinary teams.
3. Experience working within an aviation/aerospace company would be a bonus.
4. Full, clean UK driving license.
