The Resource Manager role sits within the Transformation Office pillar.
You will work alongside Project, Change and Digital, Finance, Data and Technology professionals as well as operational and subject matter experts from HSE divisions, in ensuring that the right people, with the right skills and experience are working on the right projects at the right time.
You will play a defining role in developing the organisation’s capability to deliver business transformation by identifying capability gaps and working with Practice Leads across the Change Team pillars to develop improvement or resourcing plans to address gaps. This may include use of strategic partner relationships, recruitment of contractors and by working with leaders and line manager to ensure that the demand for skilled change delivery professionals are met.
You will apply demand modelling approaches to define the people resources required for projects and programmes at different stages and to identify, recruit, deploy, flex and develop those resources to support successful cross portfolio delivery.
To ensure continuous improvement you will develop, implement, and maintain resourcing performance measures and metrics to continue to improve and develop our resourcing and capability development approaches.
