If you are passionate about wellbeing, you could work on a successful project delivering the East Sussex Wellbeing at Work programme, which is focused on supporting businesses to implement better practices to support staff wellbeing in their workplace.
This fixed term role will support the upscale and continued successful delivery of the programme across East Sussex, including supporting a caseload of businesses and communications to encourage recruitment of new businesses.
We are looking for candidates who:
* can work autonomously to support a caseload of businesses.
* have a working knowledge of workplace health and wellbeing.
* are organised and can work proactively.
* can communicate ideas confidently to the internal team.
* have experience of programme/project management or support in health improvement projects.
* have experience with modern communication strategies.
* can work with a range of people and organisations.
* can travel independently to workplace locations across East Sussex as required.
* commit to at least 4 days in the office per month.
