Consumer Services Coordinator Type: Part-time, Temporary until June 2025 - Paid Weekly. We are currently seeking a part-time, temporary Consumer Services Coordinator to enhance our consumer relations and uphold our brand’s reputation. Day-to-day of the role: Proactively manage and respond to consumer enquiries in a timely, respectful, and empathetic manner, ensuring clarity and accuracy. Maintain high standards in all communications, building brand trust and loyalty. Assess and escalate any potential safety concerns appropriately. Keep Freshdesk ticket data accurately updated. Coordinate with your line manager and global product managers to enhance brand and product knowledge. Support the Warehouse Supervisor with the packing and dispatch of replacement parts as needed. Required Skills & Qualifications: Previous experience in an office-based customer service role. Excellent customer service and communication skills. High level of IT literacy, proficient in Email and Excel. Passionate, creative, organised, and a strong team player. An understanding of consumer goods is highly desirable.
