Your new roleAs the HR Advisor you will be supporting in implementing thepany’s business strategy, to provideprehensive, generalist HR advice and support for Bristol division ensuring risk mitigation and best practice in line with the latest employment legislation. This role also includes:
1. Working with Senior HRBP and local leaders to support the growth plan.
2. Providing speedy, professional and friendly advice to all internal customers, ensuring best practice is followed.
3. Managing a caseload of Employee Relations matters including Absence and Performance Management, Disciplinary and Grievance, Flexible Working and escalating any risk issues to Senior HRBP.
4. Coaching managers to ensure best practice solutions are followed and challenging as appropriate where this is not the case.
5. Supporting managers with people reviews, learning and development, culture interventions ensuring ROI.
6. Processing payroll, benefits and bonuses, ensuring deadlines are met.
7. Managing HR administration and ensuring HR records are up to date.
8. Assisting in HRIS, LMS, ATS and other related systems for optimum automation and digitalisation.
9. Managing Talent Acquisition campaigns from authorisation and candidate assessments through to interviews, final selection and contracting.
10. Managing onboarding and off-boarding ensuring an outstanding candidate experience.
11. Managing Occupational Health and Employee Wellbeing services on site.
12. Engaging with the group Shared Services Centre to utilise central resources.
13. Liaising with the global teams as required and dealing with secondment, expatriation and global mobility.
14. Any other dutiesmensurate with the role.
What you'll need to succeed
15. Understanding of operational HR.
16. Appreciation of implementing HR policies and procedures
17. Up-to-date knowledge of UK employment law.
18. HRIS, ATS and LMS systems knowledge.
19. GDPRpliance.
20. Previous experience of working in a busy, fast-paced HR team at Advisor level.
21. Coordination of and participation in recruitment and selection processes.
22. Dealing with confidential and sensitive information.
23. Relationship building for effective working relationships.
24. Good knowledge of MS Office package especially Excel and Word.
25. Good numeric skills to analyse and interpret data.
26. Businessmercial awareness.
27. Customer focused.

29. Professional online and phone manner.
