The Role:
Up for a thrilling challenge? Your main responsibility on the day shift will be to transform the trains into a clean and tidy haven for passengers. You will do turnround and onboard cleaning, completing different cleaning tasks such as litter picking, wiping down touchpoints, and toilet cleaning and maintenance. This is a physically active role where you'll be on your feet, contributing to maintain a clean travel environment.
Requirements:
If you're loving the sound of this, here's what you need to be considered for the Train Cleaner role! Ideally, you shall be experienced within a vehicle/industrial or house cleaning environment. A keen eye for detail and a commitment to making your environment clean and tidy for customers are essential. The day shift pattern will be 2 on 3 off, followed by 3on 2 off, working hours from 08:45 am to 06:45pm. Furthermore, you might be required to work Saturdays and Sundays on a roster basis with overtime available at management's discretion.
As part of the interview & onboarding process, you'll need to provide your eligibility to work, pass a full medical, and a drug & alcohol test.
