Key Responsibilities
1. Manage a portfolio of high-growth clients, acting as their trusted advisor.
2. Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients.
3. Develop tailored growth strategies and provide insightful advisory services.

5. Oversee client deliverables, ensuring high standards and timely completion.
Essential Qualities and Experience
1. Qualified Accountant (ACCA, ACA).
2. Demonstrated experience in closely partnering with clients.
3. Strong business acumen and the ability to craft strategic growth plans.
4. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-centric approach.
5. Proficiency in cloud accounting systems.
6. Proven ability to delegate effectively and manage challenging situations with diplomacy.
7. A track record of successful direct client interaction.
