OTE plus opportunities for Overtime Full time, Permanent 5 days per week, Monday to Saturday (on rota basis) Responsibilities: Assisting the Contact Centre Manager with the day-to-day duties of running a successful contact centre. Motivating staff to build rapport and achieve team targets. Providing coaching, support and guidance to staff during systems and procedures training. Demonstrating outstanding customer service, booking and reviewing appointments via telephone enquiries with customers, ensuring departmental procedures are consistently adhered to. Regularly reviewing telephone and call compliance data, tracking individual performances and achievements, and taking active participation in improvement initiatives. Communicating ideas through delivery of workshops and team meetings and organising monthly incentives. HR support recruitment, return to work meetings and employee development plans.
