Founded in Austria in 2016, the iov42 team is made up of 15 different nationalities based across Europe. Today, the company has a global presence with partners and customers based in Asia, Africa, South America and Europe.
Interu is a traceability solution from iov42. It empowers users to securely and efficiently gather, verify, and share essential information across complex supply chains, all while ensuring privacy. Whether to meet ESG regulations, conduct risk assessment or screen new suppliers, Interu offers a streamlined, secure approach to supply chain data management.
Overview
We are passionate about the impact our product is making, especially in sectors like sustainable supply chain management and traceability. Our flagship application, Interu ( interu.io ), is enabling organisations to track forest risk commodities across their supply chains and meet sustainability targets and regulations. By doing so, we are helping combat deforestation and the illicit trade in commodity supplies.
Designed for scalability, Interu supports an ever growing number of supply chains and organisations, with the flexibility to onboard other industries and products seamlessly. We help businesses navigate complex regulations, share information and create a network of data providers to support transparency — saving them time, improving data accuracy, and reducing operational risks.
We are now looking for an experienced, ambitious and adaptable Senior Product Manager to join our growing team! This is not your typical Product Manager role. If you’re someone who thrives in uncertainty, loves solving complex problems, and isn’t afraid to make tough calls, keep reading.
Key Responsibilities
Besides just “managing a product” you will be:
1. Developing and executing a product strategy, vision, and roadmap for our supply chain traceability solutions.
2. Working with customers to define user requirements and translate them into user stories.
3. Designing wireframes and workflows to meet these user needs.
4. Partnering with engineering to create and maintain product roadmaps and feature specifications.
5. Conducting user testing, gathering feedback, and iterating to enhance usability and customer satisfaction.
6. Tracking and analysing key product metrics to measure success and drive improvements.
7. Supporting our sales team by engaging with customers and ensuring our product positioning is clear and effective.
8. Working across marketing, sales, and engineering to define and deliver successful go-to-market strategies.
Along the way, you will be:
1. Finding the Right Problems – Not all problems are worth solving. You’ll need to spot the hidden opportunities others overlook.
2. Balancing Short-Term Needs with Long-Term Vision – Do you know when to push for innovation and when to stick to practicality?
3. Communicating Without Buzzwords – Can you turn complex ideas into simple, compelling narratives for execs, engineers, and customers? (No corporate jargon allowed.)
4. Making Hard Calls – You won’t always have perfect data. Can you make the decision anyway and own it?
Obsessing Over the User – Do you think about user pain points before breakfast and dream about elegant solutions at night?
About You
You will need to have proven experience in a fast-paced start-up or large company to help drive the development of Interu.io, our traceability solution.
You are likely to be:
1. A Problem Solver at Heart – You love navigating ambiguity and searching for the “Aha!” moments.
2. Outcome-Oriented – You measure success by impact, not effort.
3. Data-Driven, but Not Data-Blinded – You know when to trust the numbers and when to go with your gut.
4. Resilient & Adaptable – Product management is a rollercoaster. Can you handle the highs and the lows? Can you think on your feet?
5. Have a Bias for Action – “Let’s test it” is your default response to debate.
We offer a highly competitive salary commensurate with your skills and experience, an employee share incentive plan, and the opportunity to work remotely or at a WeWork office in London.
