We have an exciting opportunity for a Chef to join our team at University Hospital Wishaw.
The successful candidate will work as part of a team in all aspects of preparation, cooking of food service, wash up and cleaning duties related to the provision of a high quality catering service to Patient, Staff, Visitors and Functions for NHS Lanarkshire.

What we'll need you to bring
Training and or qualifications required:
* Induction and Orientation department training.
* 706/1 City and Guilds or Catering Industry equivalent.
* 706/2 City and Guilds or Catering Industry equivalent.
* Intermediate Food Hygiene.
* Standard Nutrition and Dietetics Fire training.
* COSHH
* Basic IT Skills
* Previous experience in a busy Kitchen environment.
* Health and safety and Food hygiene safety on the job training.
It would be great if you also have
Be competent in the use of standard recipes

Please note this is a part time post and the salary for this position will be pro-rata.
Location and Working Pattern
This role will be based in Catering department within University Hospital Wishaw.
The working pattern for this role: Day shift 06.30/2.00pm & Backshift covers 10.30 /19.30
