Team Members work as part of a wider team or department in a business, under the management of a Team Leader. Team Members can work in a variety of fields depending on the needs of an organisation. Most businesses have sales teams, marketing teams, accounts teams, and so on. Team Members are sometimes required to fill in for other colleagues, which means having an aptitude for a variety of tasks can be very beneficial. Team Members generally work to a strategy or targets as defined by the Team Leader.
To be successful, Team Members must have a can-do attitude, and having a degree in a specific area can often be beneficial (a marketing degree for a marketing team member role, for example). Having a professional approach, and being open to feedback and training opportunities are also important.
What you will be doing as a Team Member:
1. Maintaining stock levels by replenishing displays and fridges
2. Preparing hot food
3. Serving customers in a timely manner
4. Providing exceptional customer service
