How our administration fees work
* All retail customers pay a compulsory admin fee of £300.
* For customers who have previously purchased from Big Motoring World within the last 24 months, a reduced admin fee will apply of £150.
* Trade sales customers and customers exporting vehicles overseas will pay a compulsory admin fee of £650.

Description
As a member of the Handover team, you will play a key part in the smooth handover of cars to customers, ensuring the highest level of customer service is maintained. You will be responsible for presenting a professional front at all times and being a champion of excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
1. Ensure that customers are kept informed of the transaction progress, including making appointments and confirmation calls in advance of the collection.
2. Ensure that vehicles are thoroughly checked and prepared to the required standard before customer collection.
3. Thoroughly check deal files to ensure all relevant paperwork and payments have been received and completed correctly.
4. Use online websites to tax the customers’ vehicles (or provide V62 form and relevant advice) and offer facilities to arrange their insurance.
5. Hand over the vehicle to the customer, explaining necessary information to ensure customer satisfaction and safety.
6. Hand over the Gard X Kit if included in the customer order.
7. Complete the paperwork for the Part Exchange vehicle as applicable.
8. Build relationships with customers to receive positive Trust Pilot reviews and encourage repeat business.
9. Complete paperwork tasks efficiently and accurately.

* Must have a valid, full UK licence (Essential).
